Education

At Elle Lui, education is the foundation of our environment. We realize that stylists coming out of school are not at their full potential and they are thriving to learn. Our team at Elle Lui is passionate to share our knowledge and artistry. Out of this comes talented and confident stylists.

      Training

We work with our apprentices at their own pace in weekly hands-on classes. This is where they will develop creative awareness. Learning to use their eyes and imagination to create looks that successfully reflect the personality and lifestyle of each individual. The program is 12 to 18 months of client interaction, working side by side with a stylist and/or colorist. Elle Lui also provides advances training from outside educators, such as L'Oreal Professional guest artists in haircutting and color.
